Overview: The workshop will consist of talks that are aimed towards a broad audience and designed to foster discussion and interaction between the CS and IT communities. That is, workshop talks will not be limited to the four primary themes, any topic at the interface of IT and CS is of interest. To encourage broad participation from both communities, there will be no proceedings and talks of a survey nature are highly encouraged.
